Mediant Mediant L.Configuration for Local Media Optimization is based on network settings that are common to other cloud voice features, such as Location-Based Routing and dynamic emergency calling.

To learn more about network regions, network sites, network subnets, and trusted IP addresses, see Network settings for cloud voice features. To configure Local Media Optimization, the following steps are required. For details, see Manage your network topology. Manage external trusted IP addresses. Define the network topology by configuring the network regions, network sites, and network subnets.

This article describes configuration for Microsoft components. You need to add these external IPs for each site where you have users using Local Media Optimization. You can define an unlimited number of trusted IP addresses for a tenant.

For IPv4, use mask For IPv6, use mask You can add both individual external IP addresses and external IP subnets by specifying different MaskBits on the cmdlet. This section describes how to define the network regions, network sites, and network subnets for your network topology. All parameters are case sensitive so you need to ensure that you use the same case that was used during setup. The RegionID parameter is a logical name that represents the geography of the region and has no dependencies or restrictions.

The CentralSite parameter is optional. Each network site must be associated with a network region. To define network subnets and associate them to network sites, use the New-CsTenantNetworkSubnet cmdlet. Each network subnet can only be associated with one site.

Always Bypass mode is the simplest option to configure. On an inbound call, the location of the user is unknown, and the SBC must guess where the user is.

In many ways, it's a Super Bowl of the lower weight classes, featuring a rising star in Lomachenko (9-1, 7 KOs), who captured world titles in two weight divisions in just his seventh pro fight, and the enigmatic Rigondeaux (17-0, 11 KOs), among the greatest defensive geniuses in history.

Enterprise Session Border Controllers

You can just as easily call it a showdown for current pound-for-pound supremacy. Heck, Roy Jones Jr. But for all its ravenous appeal to hard-core fans within the very niche world of the sports science, it was difficult to imagine it would ever connect to a greater audience beyond that.

mediant 500 sbc

Although Lomachenko is getting close, neither fighter speaks English full-time in interviews and both have styles which are heavier on technical wizardry (Rigondeaux has been regularly deemed boring) than bone-crushing knockouts. But something happened along the way to challenge that theory. First, legendary promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank announced a four-year deal with ESPN earlier this year, which included Lomachenko's August victory over Miguel Marriaga, and secured prime real estate for the fight (9 p.

ET) immediately after the Heisman Trophy ceremony. Secondly, the fight sold out the 5,500-seat Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York two months ahead of time. The result has been a steady stream of crossover buzz for a fight pairing a fighter (Ukraine's Lomachenko) who might already be the best in the sport after just 10 pro bouts against maybe the only man equipped to disarm him (Cuba's Rigondeaux). Even the occasionally gruff Arum, who turns 86 on Friday and enters the 30th event he has promoted at "The World's Most Famous Arena" throughout 50-plus years in boxing, had to admit he was pleasantly surprised at how the fight has been received.

It's something that is well merited. It's not a fluke that it's getting the attention that it's getting because of the participants involved. These are two of the greatest amateur fighters in boxing history and the fact that they are going at each other is something truly splendid.

I'm honored to promote this fight. But the bout offers much more to each fighter on a macro level. For Rigondeaux, 37, his professional career has been a constant battle of one step forward and two steps back. Often avoided due to his talent level and lack of marketability, Rigondeaux has typically been his own worst enemy when it comes to business decisions and his reluctance to fight in a style other than cautious.

But a win over Lomachenko would offer Rigondeaux a bookending victory to his career, pairing with his surgical decision win over Nonito Donaire that made his name professionally in 2013.

It would also offer Rigondeaux a chance to play spoiler for a second time against his former promoter Arum, who dropped him after his contract expired in 2013. While you could argue that Lomachenko would benefit more from a commercially satisfying victory to further help build his star, a win over Rigondeaux offers something critically that no other fight can match.

And for those who have been slow to anoint Lomachenko so early in his career as one big-name fighter after another as avoided him, this is important. You may need to use the Internet or email extensively for work, for example, or have to be on call for your job or as a family caregiver, or you may rely heavily on social media to keep in touch with faraway family and friends.

Spending a lot of time connected to your phone only becomes a problem when it absorbs so much of your time it causes you to neglect your face-to-face relationships, your work, school, hobbies, or other important things in your life. A common warning sign of smartphone or Internet addiction is experiencing withdrawal symptoms when you try to cut back on your smartphone use. Do you often absent-mindedly pass the time by using your phone even when there are better things to do.

Do you use your phone at all hours of the day and nighteven when it means interrupting other things. Do you use your phone while driving or doing other activities that require your focused attention.

When you leave the house do you ALWAYS have your smartphone with you and feel ill-at-ease when you accidentally leave it at home. When your phone buzzes do you feel an intense urge to check for texts, tweets, emails, updates, etc. Do you find yourself mindlessly checking your phone many times a day even when you know there is likely nothing new or important to see. Adapted from: Smartphone Abuse Test by Dr. David Greenfield, The Center for Internet and Technology Addiction.

There are a number of steps you can take to get your smartphone use under control.

Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

While you can initiate many of these measures yourself, an addiction is hard to beat on your own, especially when temptation is always within easy reach.

It can be all too easy to slip back into old patterns of usage. To help you identify your problem areas, keep a log of when and how much you use your smartphone for non-work or non-essential activities. There are specific apps that can help with this, enabling you to track the time you spend on your phone (see the Resources section below). Are there times of day that you use your phone more. Are there other things you could be doing instead.

The more you understand your smartphone use, the easier it will be to curb your habits and regain control of your time. Recognize the triggers that make you reach for your phone. If you are struggling with depression, stress, or anxiety, for example, your excessive smartphone use might be a way to self-soothe rocky moods. Understand the difference between interacting in-person and online. Human beings are social creatures. The inner ear, face, and heart are wired together in the brain, so socially interacting with another person face-to-facemaking eye contact, responding to body language, listening, talkingcan make you feel calm, safe, and understood, and quickly put the brakes on stress.

Interacting through text, email or messaging may feel important but it bypasses these nonverbal cues so can never have the same effect on your emotional well-being. Besides, online friends can't hug you when a crisis hits, visit you when you're sick, or celebrate a happy occasion with you.We wanted an Overview of Iceland in 11 days, "The Highlights" you might say. Using NV was the best thing we could have done, from being picked up at the Airport, transfers, Itinerary, to the Car Hire (Inc Mobile phone and GPS), and some of the most unusual and brilliant places to stay.

Our Rep Erla Sonja was fantastic. We met her when dropping the phone off at the end of the trip. Would I recommend using them, A big YES. In fact we hope to go back in 2014, even with some Knowledge of the country now, NV are on speed dial before we do anything. One note of caution, you may already know, you think you are prepared, the cost of food, allow plenty in your budget.

I just want to say thank you for the detailed care and attention you gave to us before and during our trip. The hardest decision we had to make in Iceland was what souvenirs to buy. Communication from Nordic Visitor was fantastic. The trip was fantastic. Jelena was great in fully preparing us for our travels -- especially on such short notice.

The taxi driver from the airport was friendly. And of course our tour guide on Day 2 to visit the glaciers, volcano, and waterfalls was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining. All we needed to do was show up and enjoy the ride. From the prompt and efficient email advice from Larus when first asking about self drive tours around Iceland and personal preferences, etc - to the amazingly detailed personalised schedule and marked out map we received before setting off, we have been so impressed with Nordic Visitor.

On arrival you are met by a driver who hands over your bag with your mobile phone (with NV's contact details preprogrammed in), another huge road map book and your various trip vouchers.

We used the phone a couple of times to call Larus and to call the hire car company for advice when we had a tyre blowout miles from anywhere on a gravelled road (typical. Nordic Visitor offer a first class service and should be rightly proud of all the excellent feedback they get. We were concerned about the potential costs in Iceland, but now we are home and reviewing our spend, we think the holiday cost is excellent value and we were not as horrified by the overall further costs as we had expected to be.

Our 4x4 Ford Kuga was actually surprisingly economical with fuel. We chose the 'quality' room package for the Iceland Full Circle self drive and were more than happy with all the accommodations we had except one 'blip' which we were pleased that NV's response as soon as we got home and confirmed in more detail what we had reported by phone at the time.

Now we are home, our advice is that this is a well planned tour to see the main highlights all the way round - with just enough time for your detours for photo's, hiking or various other pursuits - depending upon sunset times for your trip.

If doing again we would break the trip over in Eggilsstadr for one night, and use the time available to go over to Seydisffjordur and the perhaps down the Lagarfljot area - we had to push through here onto Myvatn and wondered if we were missing much, plus that is a long days drive.
